Our new appointment system is launching on 1st May 2024.

For all same day appointments and those within 2 weeks, please use our new online consultation system on the following link

This means that you do not need to contact us from 8AM.

You do not need to wait on hold or outside the practice.

 You do not need to log in or use any passwords to use this service.

If you don’t have online access don’t worry our receptionists will help you complete the request to the GP over the phone.

To book a nursing appointment for the following, please contact reception:

  • Blood pressure check
  • Blood tests
  • smears
  • Routine Vaccinations
  • Copd/asthma reviews
  • Diabetes reviews

For all other appointment requests please use the online form. If you are unable to complete the form, please contact reception. All online requests will be reviewed by a GP

Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today (Monday to Friday):

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine appointments

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

IF YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY THE SURGERY.

Please remember that each appointment is for one patient only. It would be helpful if you would be punctual or cancel any appointments you no longer require.

Home visits

If you are housebound and need a home visit, please contact reception, by dialling 01482 320046 and press option 2.

If you do want to request a home visit, please contact the surgery as early as possible, and must be before 11am.
